A reimagining of King Koopa

...and no, that is NOT a scrotum. On birds and bird-like dinosaurs, the pubic bone is turned backward and juts out.

Lizards and birds do not have balls. They typically have a cloaca, which is basically one hole for everything.

So get your minds out of the gutter, people!!

Weird

I think Bowser was originally based on a mythical japanese turtle-monster thingy, though.
